What machines you have
Makes, models, and control types if you know them. Rough vintage is fine if you don’t. “Three mills from the mid-2000s and one newer lathe” tells us plenty.

How they connect today
Can each machine share files over Ethernet, is it USB only, or neither? A port on the back does not always mean the control can use it, so tell us what you know. This is the single biggest factor in whether CodePod or CodeNet is the right fit.

How big the floor is
Rough size, and whether the machines are clustered or spread out. It tells us whether wireless will reach everything from one spot, or whether the layout needs a different approach.

How files get to them now
USB drives, a mapped network drive, an older DNC package, or something improvised. Knowing what you are replacing tells us what has to keep working.

Whether CMMC is driving this
If you are working toward certification, tell us which level and where you are in the process. It changes what we recommend and what evidence you will need.
What to expect on lead times
Lead times depend on the configuration you need. If your timeline is tight, say so in your first message. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it before you commit to anything.
